I’m a licensed Naturopathic Medical Doctor with over 16 years in the health and wellness space, dedicated to helping men and women feel like themselves again. I understand this on a personal level, having become a mom at 40 and realizing how quickly health can shift without the right tools and support.

What worked in our 20s and 30s often doesn’t cut it anymore. Thriving in this new chapter requires deeper body awareness and an intentional approach to healing. I’ve seen how small, thoughtful changes can spark incredible shifts in energy, clarity, emotional balance, and resilience.
