A bit about me

I'm Dr. Nicole Huffman, a naturopathic doctor and the founder of Whole Medicine. My clinical philosophy is terrain first — address the foundational systems before adding interventions. I've been practicing and teaching that approach for years.

Circadian medicine isn't something I read about and started recommending. It's something I practice daily — the light exposure, the meal timing, the morning routine — and then bring into my clinical work because I've seen what changes when the system is actually supported.

This class is what I wish existed when I started connecting these dots. It's not theoretical. It's what I actually do.
